#2. Cul-de-sacs of Lo-Fi
Includes a circuit-bent unemployed burglar from Dagenham, and a found micro-cassette with a business-man’s sinister yet boring schemes.
- Intro: “Going to the shopping centre to buy food ‘n things”
- The resteraunt owner; Failure to conduct deliveries properly leads to panic attack. Later we learn that this resteraunteur treats his staff poorly.
- An encounter with a burglar in a shed leads to a demonstration of ‘circuit bending’.
- A found recording of a teacher who is overly fond of her own voice demonstrating a tape-recorder. Our host attempts to emulate the noise of looped sections of this recording with his own voice.
- A business killed by supermarkets, plus a boring business-man’s sinister sounding dictaphone tape.
